Andy J J Pitt MRINA
Trained as a traditional wooden yacht builder in 1974 Andy Pitt has worked as a ‘hands on’ boat builder for ten years and twenty eight as a yacht project manager, yard owner and yacht designer. He has restored designed and built classic yachts in England, Denmark, Gibraltar, Greece, Spain and Thailand.
Owner of three classic yachts including ‘Snarken’ a thirty six foot wooden cutter in Denmark and ‘Doubloon’ the 36’ sloop designed and built by himself in 2002-2003 Andy has sailed extensively in Scandinavia and Asia.
Andy is always available to help and advise on any problems and issues relating to the design, build or restoration of classic yachts.
He is a member of the Royal Institute of Naval Architects and has a home and office near The Ocean Marina in Thailand
